Nevertheless, I can assist you in unpacking childhood and adulthood traumas, coping with anxiety or depression, navigating challenges in both platonic and romantic relationships, comprehending and managing ADHD, increasing self-esteem, and overcoming any other barriers that hinder your well-being and contentment.

At the core of my methodology lies a person-centric approach that places great importance on mindfulness techniques and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).  My aim is to empower individuals to achieve a sense of well-being, wholeness, and self-assurance within themselves.  I firmly believe in meeting each person at their unique starting point, and my primary focus is to assist you in establishing a deep connection with yourself, those around you and God or your higher power.
